Noll. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />OPENING CEREMONY: <br /> <br />City Clerk Murphy led the pledge of allegiance <br />to the flag. <br /> <br />III. ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Present were: Mayor Noll and Councilmembers <br />Dunham, Hilton, Krasnansky, <br />Meehan and Sieminski (Burgess <br />was excused) <br /> <br />Present also: city Manager Schaefermeyer, <br />city Attorney Tans, Electrical <br />Engineer Calvert, Port Market- <br />ing Director Gates, Fire Chief <br />Gage, Finance Director Gifford, <br />Parks and Recreation Director <br />Chaffin, Harbormaster Single- <br />ton, Librarian Nicolas, Commu- <br />nity Development Director Mar- <br />tin, police Chief Bencardino <br />and City Clerk Murphy <br /> <br />SPECIAL ITEMS: <br /> <br />A. The Mayor issued the following proclama- <br /> <br />tions: <br /> <br />1. Noll presented Vicky White with a procla- <br />mation designating January 14, 1991, as VICKY WHITE <br />APPRECIATION DAY for her efforts to establish a low cost <br />spay and neuter clinic and to provide low cost rabies <br />vaccinations for area pets. Noll also recognized the <br />efforts of Seward Animal Control Officer Dee Johnson. <br /> <br />2. Noll presented proclamations designating <br />January 14-20, 1991, as JEREMIAH CAMPBELL and TULLA <br />WRIGHT WEEK to the families of the two young men who are <br />currently serving in the Persian Gulf. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />MEEHAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER 10 AND 20, <br />1990, MINUTES AS WRITTEN; THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY <br />DUNHAM AND CARRIED WITHOUT OBJECTION. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REGULAR MEETING AGENDA: <br />
