<br />Sponsored by: Staff <br /> <br />CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMIS- <br />SION, RECOMMENDING KENIA PENINSULA BOROUGH APPROVAL OF <br />LOT 8A, BLOCK 24, SEWARD ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, ANTHONY <br />REPLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cline & Associates submitted a preliminary plat of Seward Original Townsite, <br />Anthony Replat to the City of Seward for review and recommendation to the Kenai Peninsula <br />Borough: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision replat vacates the interior lot line of Lots S, 9, and 10 Block 24 <br />Seward Original Townsite and creates one Lot SA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned Office Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently serviced by municipal water, sewer and electric; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering and Utilities Department has stated that a subdivision <br />installation agreement is not required for this subdivision. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning <br />Commission that: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Commission recommends that the Kenai Peninsula Borough"approve the Lot <br />SA, Block 24, Seward Original Townsite, Anthony Replat. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />
