<br />Sponsored by: Staff <br /> <br />CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 2003-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE FINAL <br />SITE PLAN AND IDENTIFIED CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2002-01, ALLOWING JAMES T. <br />PRUITT TO DEVELOP A HOTEL WITHIN THE HARBOR <br />COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON THE ALASKA <br />RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASE PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James T. Pruitt has submitted a final site plan incorporating all <br />identified conditions to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their review and <br />approval as required by Conditional Use Permit 2002-01; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these conditions were required to be approved prior to initiating <br />construction ofthe hotel development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has determined that all the <br />conditions have been met by James T. Pruitt; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a special meeting on <br />June 26, 2003 in order to review the fmal site plan and identified conditions for <br />Conditional Use Permit 2002-01. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Q IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning <br />Commission that: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Planning and Zoning Commission hereby approves the final <br />site plan incorporating all conditions identified by Conditional Use Permit 2002-01. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward PlaI1lling and Zoning Commission <br />this 26th day of June, 2003. <br />
