ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Present were: Chairman Leirer; Commissioners Beissner, Booher, <br />Kowalski, Lawson, Mai and Moore (absent were LeFlore <br />and O'Brien) <br /> <br />Present also: City Manager Johnson and City Clerk-Treasurer Shanley <br /> <br />Leirer introduced new City Manager Johnny Johnson. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />Leirer, with Commission consent, approved the minutes of December 8, <br />1976, as written. <br /> <br />IV. REVIEW OF BUILDING PERMITS: <br /> <br />A. James A. Stewart's letter of January 3, 1977, requesting a variance <br />for construction on Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 3, Laubner Addition, was noted. <br />Stewart appeared and spoke on his proposed construction and pointed out the two <br />sketches attached to his letter.
