ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Present were: Vice-Chairman Wassilie and Commissioners <br />Blackwell, Capra, Glenn and Thorne (Commis- <br />sioners Dinnan and Woodruff were absent with <br />Commission consent) <br /> <br />Present also: Assistant City Manager Schaefermeyer, Admin- <br />istrative Assistant Martin and Deputy City <br />Clerk Audette <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />Wassilie requested the following statement be added to the <br />December 14, 1983, regular meeting minutes, to precede the statement by <br />Briske on page 289, Volume 1: <br /> <br />Several Commissioners questioned if the number of units <br />could be reduced which would then eliminate the need <br />for the variances. Wassilie stated that the entire founda- <br />tion would not have to be utilized. <br /> <br />***** (Amendment to minutes--See Page 292, Volume 1) "Wassilie and Woodruff <br />requested that Schaefermeyer ask the KPB to work up a report on how other <br />areas handle CUPs." <br />
