An Ordinance to <br />Provide for Condemnation of BUildings, structures, and lands, consti- <br />tuting fire or health hazards, or Public Nuisances; and to Provide <br />Procedures for exercising such power, for the Purpose of Protecting the <br />Life. Health and Safety of Residents of the City of Seward. Seconded <br />by Clm. Whitmore. All in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clm.
