Call a special meeting to go into an executive session to discuss the performance of the
city manager, Mr. Clark Corbridge, and continuation of his contract.

request that the meeting be open to the public, per AS 44.62.310 (c) (2).

NOTICE OF
SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seward City Council will meet in a special meeting
on March 30, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of:
To go into an executive session to discuss matters that could prejudice the reputation
and character of the city manager and the continuation of his contract, provided the person
may request a public discussion [Per AS 44.32.310 (c) (2)].
The meeting will be conducted in Council Chambers, City Hall, 410 Adams Street, Seward.
All interested persons are invited to attend.
