RESOLUTION NO. 2003-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, PORT AND
COMMERCE ADVISORY BOARD, RECOGNIZING AND
ACKNOWLEDGING JAMES PRUITT'S SUPPORT OF AND
CONTRIBUTION TO THE MISSION OF THE PORT AND COMMERCE
ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, James Pruitt has been on the Port and Commerce Advisory Board since its
inception; and
WHEREAS, he has attended the meetings and performed his duties with aplomb; and
WHEREAS, he served as Vice Chairman from November 1992 to November 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Board appreciates the dedication, commitment and resolve demonstrated
by James Pruitt; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to extend its heartfelt appreciation for this service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
PORT AND COMMERCE ADVISORY BOARD RECOGNIZES AND EXTENDS ITS
APPRECIA TION TO JAMES PRUITT FOR HIS SERVICE AND CONTRIBUTION TO
THE MISSION OF THE BOARD DURING THE PERIOD NOVEMBER 1991 TO JULY
2003
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City of Seward, Alaska, Port and Commerce Advisory
Board this 6th day of August, 2003.
