1.Resolution 2000-093, approving an amendment to the Rules, Rates, Charges
and Regulation for Port and Harbor Facilities for the City of Seward,

2.Resolution 2000-094, providing for the issuance of Harbor Improvement
Revenue Bonds of the City in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed
$3,000,000 for the purpose of providing amounts to acquire, construct and
install necessary additions and improvements to the City’s Harbor System and
to do all things necessarily incidental thereto, and to pay the costs of bond
issuance; fixing certain covenants and protective provisions safe guarding the
payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds; providing that
additional Harbor Improvement Revenue Bonds may be issued on parity with
