Resolution 2004-12, authorizing the City Manager to pay dues owed to the Alaska Power Association (formerly ARECA) for the year 2004 in the amount of $16,093.00...Pg 7 2. Resolution 2004-13, authorizing the City Manager to enter into a grant agreement with the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation and accept grant funds in the amount of $99,800 to the Water Source Study Grant.
