Request by Carl and Kim Hughes for a Zoning
Setback Variance on Boardwalk Site 3, Portion Block
6, Oceanview Subdivision to construct eaves that
encroach 1 foot into both the side setbacks. City code
allows building eaves to extend into the setback a
maximum of two feet, this request is proposing the
eaves extend three feet into the setback.

A. Review of a subdivision of Tracts B and C, Clearview Subdivision No.3 to create
17 new lots. This property is located south of Bear Drive between Phoenix Road and
Resurrection Boulevard; and is zoned two-family residential.
