Request by Carl and Kim Hughes for a Zoning Setback Variance on Boardwalk Site 3, Portion Block 6, Oceanview Subdivision to construct eaves that encroach 1 foot into both the side setbacks. City code allows building eaves to extend into the setback a maximum of two feet, this request is proposing the eaves extend three feet into the setback.
