between the City and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, and a third
amendment to the agreement for the financing, construction, operation and
maintenance of the Alaska SeaLife Center for the Advancement of Marine Science

use between the City and the State of Alaska Department of Fish and Game,
providing for use of space in the Mariculture Technical Center, and authorizing the
