7. RESOLUTIONS
A. Resolution No. 94-012, authorizing the termination of the existing
senior/community center joint management agreement and directing
the administration to develop a new agreement to permit additional
public use and availability of the senior/community center [This
resolution was not approved at the 01/10/94 Council meeting. On
January 11,1994, Councilmember Anderson, who voted on the prevail-
ing side, gave notice of reconsideration by telephone to the city clerk.
The first motion to be considered and voted on is the motion to
reconsider. If the motion passes, the resolution will be back before you
for discussion and vote. If the motion fails, the resolution will remain
unapproved.]
