RESOLUTION 2007-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
RECOMMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL AMEND TABLE
15.10.225. LAND USES ALLOWED TO ALLOW TOWNHOUSES
BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT (CBD)
WHEREAS, following a Planning and Zoning work session on the subject of
Townhouses in the Central Business District the Commission requested an amendment be
made to the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the public notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section i. The Commission recommends Ordinance 2007-~, attached and
incorporated herein by reference, be forwarded to City Council for approval.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 16"'
day of October 2007.
