Subject: Approve the 2009 PACAB Meeting and Work Session
Schedule
In November, the Port and Commerce Advison~ Board should approve the regularly scheduled Port
and Commerce Advisory Board Meeting and Work Session Schedule for the coming year. The Port
and Commerce Advisory Board regular meeting is scheduled to meet at 12:00 p.m. in the city
council chambers on the first Wednesday of each month and work sessions/special meetings are
scheduled at 12:00 p.m. in the city council chambers on the third Wednesday of each month. Special
meetings may be held at the call of the chair or the city manager, and at such times as the
commission may determine.
The 2008 Port and Commerce Advisory Board Meeting and Work Session Schedule are attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the 2008 Port and Commerce Advisory Meeting and Work Session schedule.
