PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION 2012 -04
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL
AMEND PORTIONS OF SEWARD CITY CODE 15.10.140 DEFINITIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held numerous public work
sessions to update the Seward City Code; and
WHEREAS, the public notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. The Commission recommends Council approve the attached Ordinance 2012-
, amending various portions of Title 15.10.140 Definitions; and.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Ir.. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 3rd
day of April 2012.
