RESOLUTION 2012 -05
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING THE CITY
COUNCIL AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE SEWARD CITY
CODE TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF 15.10.220 DEVELOPMENT
REQUIREMENTS TABLE; 15.10.225 LAND USES ALLOWED; and
15.10.225 LAND USES ALLOWED TABLE
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held numerous public work
sessions to update the Seward City Code; and
WHEREAS, the public notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. The Commission recommends Ordinance 2012 -_, attached and incorporated
herein by reference, be forwarded to City Council for approval.
l.. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 3 day of
April 2012.
