RESOLUTION 2012 -16
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL AMEND VARIOUS PORTIONS OF
SEWARD CITY CODE TITLE 15.10.215 PARKING
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held three (3) public work
sessions to update the Parking section of the Seward City Code; and
WHEREAS, the public notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. The Commission recommends Council approve the attached Ordinance 2013-
_, amending various portions of Seward City Code, 15.10.215 Parking.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
