Add new 115/24.9 KV Transformer at Lawing

Relocate Lawing 115/69/12.47 kV Transformer to Fort Raymond

Relocate Spring Creek 115/69/12.47 kV Transformer to Fort Raymond
•
Relocate 2 each Fort Raymond 69/12.47 kV Transformers to Spring Creek Substation
