CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 80-17
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
ALASKA STATE GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH
THE STEP I . SEWERAGE PROJECT FACILITY PLAN
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is in the public
interest to accept the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation
grant increase offer of $1,387 for the Step I Facility Plan for the
Sewerage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the necessary documents to accept the grant in accordance with
the requirements of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 24th day of March , 1980.
