CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 80-21
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
ALASKA STATE GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH
THE STEP III SEWERAGE TREATMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is in the
public interest to accept the Alaska Department of Environmental
Conservation grant offer of $847,190 for the Step III sewerage
treatment project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary documents to accept the grant ln
accordance with the requirements of the Alaska Department of
Environmental Conservation.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 28th day of April , 1980.
