BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of Seward, Aloska,
That the BRADY CONSTRUCTION CO., be given
an option or exelusive right to purchase all of
Block 32 at a sele price of $3,000.00, said option
or exclusive right to be for a period of four (4)
months only, from this dat~ on condition that at
time of purchase said BHAUl CONSTRUCTION CO., has
made financi~l arrangements, and will proceed with
the construction of a housing project of not ~ss
than twenty five (25) unt. , to be built with FHA
financing and subject to FHA regulations, quality
of eonstruction and ceiling rents.
ADOPTED by the Common Council this 8th dey of
October, 1951.
