BE IT RE3CLVED by the Council of the Town of Seward, Aln~ka,
that the following named persons shall act as Judges, Clerks
and as Inspector at the regular 11Unicipal election to be he1d
on the 7th day of October, 1952, at Se~"ard, "laska, for the
purpose of electing Councilmen, School Board and Utility Board
members:

The rules governing the passage and approval of resolutions
are hereby suspended and an emergency is declared, and this
Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its introduction
and passage this ~h day of ~eptember, 1952.
