RESOLUTION NO. 155
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE VARIOUS SEWARD
ELEX:TRIC SYSTEM BOND RED}i}!PTION BANK ACCOUNTS INTO ONE BANK ACCOUNT
AND THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE VARIOUS SEWARD E~TRIC SlSTEM BOND
RIDEMPTION RESERVE BANK ACCOUNTS IN'ID ONE BANK ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED that all Bond Redemption Funds for the 1950, 1951,
1954, 1956 and 1957 Sevard Electric System Bond Issues shall be
deposited into the SEWARD PUBLIC UTILITY SINKING FUND CHECKING ACCOUNT
at Sevard Branch, First National Bank of Anchorage, and that 'With-
drawals shall be authorized in accordance with Resolution No. 151, and
BE IT FURTHER JUSOLVED that all bond redemption reserve funds for
the 1950, 1951, 1954, 1956 and 1957 Seward Electric System Bond
Issues shall be deposited into the SEWARD PUBLIC UTILITY SINKING
FUND SAVINGS ACCOUNT NO. 2938, at Sevard Branch, First National Bank
of Anchorage, and that withdrawals shall be authorized in accordance
with Resolution No. 151.
An emergency is hereby declAred to exist and the rules governing
the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended am
this Resolution is hereby giYen immediate effect upon its passage
and approval.
