<br />r <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 156 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF A SAVINGS ACCOUNT TO <br /> <br />CONTAIN PART OF THE CUSTOMER'S DEPOSITS FUNDS OF THE SEWARD <br /> <br />WATER SYSTEM. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that a savings account to be known as Water Deposits <br /> <br />Savings Account shall be established with The First National Bank <br /> <br />of Anchorage, Seward Branch, and that said Bank is hereby instructed <br /> <br /> <br />to honor the signatures of Ray F. James as Acting City Manager, <br /> <br />Beatrice E. Watts as City Clerk and Murl Trevethan as Acting Manager <br /> <br />of the Public Utilities for all withdrawals on this savings account. <br /> <br />An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules gOTerning <br /> <br /> <br />the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended and <br /> <br />this Resolution is hereby given immediate effect upon its passage <br /> <br />and approval. <br /> <br />Passed and approved this 29th day of June, 1960. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />l-~ d.. ti.<. No person, company. firm or other entity shall use the City Dump of Seward without a <br />permit from the City Manager or an approved contract with the City of Seward authorizing <br />such use. <br /> <br />2. Any user of the City Dump shall identify himself and show his permit when requested by <br />any City Official or the person holding the Garbage Disposal Contract. <br /> <br />3. All material shall be dumped in the open trench along with or adjacent to the latest fill <br />unless otherwise directed. <br /> <br />4. After dumping, all papers and other inflamable material shall be burned. This area is in <br />general quite safe but due regard shall be exercised to prevent spread of any such fire. <br /> <br />S. All material authorized for transport to the City Dump shall be so secured as to prevent <br />the littering of the streets, road and countryside and any accidental or inadvertent litter- <br />ing shall be cleaned up by and at the expense of the person. <br /> <br />Approved by Council <br />November 18, 1960 <br /> <br />Chester A.
