RESOWTION NO. 159
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City of SewarC are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver automobile lease agreement
with Win Ervin Motor Company for automobile for the Police Department
at the rate of $175.00 per month.
An emergenq is hereby declared to exist and the rules goveming
the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended and
this Resolution is hereby given illlllediate effect upon its passage
and approval,
Passed and approved this 1st day of July, 1960.
