BE IT RESOLVED that Chester A. Kunz, Rear Admiral, U. S. Navy
(Ret.), appointed Manager of the Citv of Seward on May 19, 1960,
effective June 29, 1960, shall be compensated at the rate of Ten
Thousand and No/IOO ($10,000.00) Dollars plus up to Two Thousand
and NO/IOO ($2,000.00) Dollars for expense of moving household
from California to Seward for the first year of employment and
at the rate of Twelve Thousand and No/lOa ($12,000.00) Dollars
oer year upon completion of twelve months employment.
An emerll;ency is hereby declared to exist and the rules governing
the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended
and this Resobltion is hereby given immediate effect upon its
passall;e Imd approval.
