BE IT RF.BOLVED that City Manager Chester A. Kunz shall secure
a Faithful Performa.nce of Duties Bond as rer'uired by Section
1.200 of the Code of Ordinances, said bond to be in the amount
of Five Thous'lnd 'lnd No/l()() ($5,Om.OO) Dollars, surety to be
a registered bondine: company, effective immediately, premium
to be paid by the City of Seward, Seward Electric System and
Seward Water System, and guaranteeing to hold the City harmless
from loss arising from said Chester A. Kunzl failure to
fai thfll11y perform the duties of City Manager.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules f(overn-
inp the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby sus-
pended and this Resolution is hereby given immediate effect
upon its passae:e and approval.
