R ESOLUnON NO 777
WHEREAS, under the terms of Public Law 89-136, the United States of
America has authorized the making of grants and/or loans to public
bodies and private or public nonprofit organizations to aid in financing
the construction of specific projects;
NOW, mER EFORE, Be It Resolved By Seward City Council
1. That Jllmes R. Filip, City M:mager be and is hereby l'l.uthorized
to execute and file an application on behalf of the City of Seward, Alaska
with the Economic Development Administration, U. S. Department of
Commerce, ~or a grllnt and/or loan to aid in financing the construction of
a wharf between the existing City Dock and Boat Lift Dock in the Seward
Municipal Small Boat Harbor

directed to ~urnish such inoormation as the Economic Development Adminis-
tration, U. S. Department of Commerce, may re~sonably request. in COODeC-
