RESOLUTION NO 783
WHEREAS, the City of Seward, Alaska, desires to lease a parcel of land
to the United States; and
VvHER EAS, Ll-te United States has agreed to terms and conditions as set
forth in ~ase dated November 3, 1969,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest to lease Tract 102 of the
Seward Recreation Am1ex to the United States and that provisions with
reference to public advertisement and public hearing in regard to the
lease of this property are hereby declared to be not in the public interest.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to sign lease
NPARE-AQ as approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be filed and published as in the
case of resolutions for public sale of property and the lease shall not
be executed until said resolution has been on file in the office of the
City Clerk- Treasurer for 30 days.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF

WHEREAS, the United States has agreed to terms and conditions as set
forth in lease dated November 3, 1969,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
