RESOLUTION NO. 780
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO.
767 AND 769, DATED NOVEMBER 10, 1969,
AND MOTION NO. 6-1, DATED NOVEMBER 24,
1969.
WHEREAS, the City of Seward enacted Resolutions No.
767 and 769 on the 10th day of November, 1969, and passed
Motion No. 6-1 on the 24th day of November, 1969, and
WHEREAS, these resolutions and the motion dealt with
the lease of the certain real property and the granting of a
dock license to Seward Fisheries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, Seward Fisheries, Inc., is more properly known
by its registered, corporate name of Petersburg Fisheries, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS, this incorrect designation was made inadver-
tently, and it is in the public interest to correct it,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
Section 1. Resolutions No. 767 and 769, dated the
10th day of November, 1969, and Motion No. 6-1, dated the
24th day of November, 1969, are amended to substitute the
designation Petersburg Fisheries, Inc., for the designation
Seward Fisheries, Inc., wherever such latter name may appear.
Section 2. This resolution is to be effective immedi-
ately on date of passage and approval.
