RESOLUTION NO. 781 l; City Clerk-Treasurer
\:HEREAS, the City of Seward. Alaska, desires to lease warehouse space
to the State of Alaska. and
WHEREAS. the State of Alaska has agreed to terms and conditions as set
forth in Lease Ho. 591.
~O~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF niE CITY OF SEWARD.
ALASKA :
Section 1. That it is in the best interest to lease Tract 1 of
the S8\'/ard \laterfront Tracts area to the State of Alaska and that
provisions with reference to public advertisement and public hear-
ing in regard to the lease of this property are hereby declared
to be not in the public interest.
Section 2. That the City r'1anager is authorized and directed
to sign lease No. 591 as approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be filed and published
as in the case of resolutions for public sale of property and
the lease shall not be executed until said resolution has been
on file in the offiCe of the City Clerk-Treasurer for 30 days.

ing in regard to the lease of this property are hereby declared
to be not in the public interest.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized end directed
to sign lease No. 591 as approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be filed and published
as in the case of resolutions for'public sale of property and
the lease shall not be executed until said resolution has been
on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer for 30 days.
