RESOLUTION i'JQ. 794
WHEREAS, Resolution (lo. 753 provides for the combination of offices
of City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer, and
~/HEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council to confinn the
tenns of Resolution No. 753, and
WHEREAS, it is also the intention of the City Council to amend the
salary authorized for the combined positions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 753 is amended
as follows:
Delete paragraph 4 and insert "NO\'/, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that James R. Filip be appointed City Hanager/
City Clerk-Treasurer at an annual salary of $19,800.00,
effective July 1, 1970, and"
This Resolution shall be effecthe upon the date of its passage and
approva 1.
Passed and approved by tile City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska,
thn-- 22 day-iof June, 1970.
