NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ~
of Seward, Alaska, hereby approves the Annual Audit Report of the
General Telephone Company as submitted for their Seward Exchange.
This Resolution shall be effective upon 1" passage and approval.

Section 1. That it is in the t:l.t;r til~sure~ease
the parcel of real property herein described to NORTHERN
STEVEDORING & HANDLING CORPORATION; all provisions with reference
to public advertisement for lease of the property are hereby
declared to be not in the public interest.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and
directed to negotiate the lease of said parcel in accordance
with the proposed lease attached hereto, and to do all things
necessary to consummate said lease, and the proper city officials
are authorized and directed to execute the lease.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be filed and
published as in the case of Resolutions for public sale of
property and the lease shall not be executed until sai~
Resolution has been on file in the office of the Clerk for
thirty (30) days.
