THE CITY OF SEWARD
RESOLUTION NO. 790
imw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Seward that
the City Manager, James R. Filip, be and is hereby authorized to purchase
the parcels of land now owned by General Services Administration which
are generally located east of 7th Avenue at a cost not to exceed the S&lll
of nine thousand four-hundred and eighty($9,480.oo) dollars.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of passage and approval.
Passed and Approved by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska.
