THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 795
WHEREAS, The Statement of lnc~~, Telephone Plant in Service, and
Depreciation Rates of Telephone Plant, as of December 31, 1969,
together with the auditor's report of the General Tel_phone CompIfl.Y
of Alaska has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, hereby approves the Annual Audit Report of the
General Telephone Company as submitted for their Seward Exchange.
This Resolution shall be effective upon its passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Seward,
