The Seward City Council is urged to introduce and enact an ordinance amending the Seward Zoning Code by incorporating the changes recommended in the October 30, 1991, staff memorandum attached and incorporated herein by reference, regulating the use of certain storage units in the city of Seward. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
