CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 94-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL AMEND
SEWARD CITY CODE ~ 15.10.220, DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the table of development requirements is a primary part of the zoning
code establishing lot sizes, building setbacks and heights; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the community to periodically review and
update the development requirements table to reflect community changes and needs; and
WHEREAS, the addition of the Urban Residential district to the zoning code
necessitates certain corrections throughout the city code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. Proposed Ordinance No. 94-10, amending Seward City Code ~
15.10.220, Development Requirements, is recommended to the Seward City Council for
introduction and adoption.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this
2nd day of February, 1994.
