E. OF THE SEWARD ZONING CODE WHEREAS, Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps (SVAC) requested and was granted a Conditional Use Permit by Resolution No. 94-007 for development and operation of an emergency services facility at the corner of Second A venue and D Street within a Rl zoning district; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-22, granted a six month Conditional Use Permit extension to SV AC through May 1, 1995, in accordance with SCC ~ 15.1O.320.E; and WHEREAS, SV AC has submitted the building design plans and an artist conceptual drawing for the Planning and Zoning Commission's review and approval; and WHEREAS, a letter of request for a second extension of the Conditional Use Permit was received from the Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps on April 28, 1995. WHEREAS, section 15.1O.320.E. of the Seward Zoning Code allows the P&Z Commission to grant extensions not to exceed six months upon a finding that the circumstances have not changed sufficiently to warrant a reconsideration of the approval of the conditional use permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Seward that: Section 1. Circumstances have not changed sufficiently to warrant a reconsideration of the approval of the conditional use permit to Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps for development of an emergency services facility at the northeast corner of Second A venue and D Street. Section 2. The Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps is granted a six month extension through November 1, 1995, of the Conditional Use Permit authorized by Planning & Zoning Commission Resolution No. 94-007. Seward Planning and Zoning Commission Resolution No. 95-14 Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
