WHEREAS, as required ~y Qd City Code Section 16.01.015 Conditions to plat approval, property owners wit . 3 of the Lot 1, Block 6 Small Boat Harbor Subdivision were notified of the proposed SUbdi~ a d the property was posted with a public notice sign; and WHEREAS, t~operty in this subdivision is zoned Harbor Commercial for which there is currently no minimum 1 t s , and the minimum lot width requirements ofthirty (30) feet have been met, in accordancer25 Seward City Code Title 15 (Zoning Code); and WHE~~, the property is served by existing public utilities and developed streets, and therefore~~f the requirements of the Seward Subdivision Code; and ~~EREAS' the Subdivision Code 16.01.015 (B) stipulates that preliminary plats of City- d property must have prior consent of the City Council prior to being submitted to the Kenai Pern ula Borough Planning Commission for approval.
