PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION 2004-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL AMEND SEWARD CITY CODE, 15.10.410, APPEALS--GENERALL Y
WHEREAS, administration has requested an amendment be made to the Zoning
Code; and
WHEREAS, the attached ordinance will clarify the appeals language; and
WHEREAS, the public notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. The Commission recommends Ordinance 2005-_, attached and
incorporated herein by reference, be forwarded to City Council for approval.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 7th
day of December, 2004.
