BE IT ORDA.INED by the Cemm.on Council of the Ci ty
of Seward, - Alaska:
Section 1.
That Sohedule "All Domestic &f Orclinance No. 164
of the City .f Seward, Alaska, be amended t. read as tel-
lows:
l2~ per KWH for first 40 KWH
7~ per KWH for the next 60 KWH
6~ per KWH for allover 100 KWH
mD..lJM CHARGES TO BE $2.00 PER MONTH.
DEFINITION: One family dwelling used for a home
only. Single phase service for lighting, cooking4 and single
phase motors incidental to domestic applianoes. lJemand load
not to exceed five horse power.
Section 2.
That Schedule "B" Commercial of Ordinance No. 164
or the City of Seward, Alaska, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
10~ per KIn! for first 100 KWH
8~ per KWH for next 300 KWH
7~ per KYlH for next 500 KWH
6~ per KWH for all over 900 KWH
MINIMUM CHARGES TO BE $4.00 per MONTH.
DEFINITION: Lighting, cooking, small appliances,
motors not exceeding five horsepower, in professional, mercan-
tilel industrial and other establishments not olassed in
Scheaule "An.
Section 3.
That Sohedule nc" Power &; Government of Ordinance
No. 164 of the City of Seward, Alaska, be amended te read as
follows:
