BE IT ORDAINED by thA Common Council of the City of Seward,
AlRlSka:
Section 1.
That Section 1 of Orrlinppce Ho. 20~ of the City of Seward,
Alaska, is hereby amended by deleting the '/wrds 'I~<nd all Public
Utilities now or hereafter owned."
Section 11.
An emergBnc~ is hereby declared to exist end this Ordinance shell
be in full force and effect imrnpdiately after its passage and approval.
