ORDINANCE NO. 203
Extract of Minutes of August 17, 1950:
HClm. Painter moved to adopt Ordinance 203 an Ordinance to Provide for Action
to Condemh the Water System owned and Operated by the Seward Water Company,
together with all properties, rights, estates and Franchises owned by said
Company and to Authorize the Filing of Condemnation Proceedings in the District
Court, Third Division, Territory of Alaska. Seconded by Clm. Kirkpatrick.
Clm. Painter, Kirkpatrick, Seferovich, Wilson and Myers voted yes. Motion
carried. ,.
