AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE TOWN
SEWARD .

The Common Council of the Town of Seward DOES ORDAIN:
Sec ti on 1.
The Clerk, Municipal Magistrate, Municipal Attorney, Treasurer,
Chief of Police, and Chief of the Fire Department of the Town of
Seward, District of Alaska, shall be allowed and paid the compensation
and salary, respectively, as follows:
The Clerk shall be allowed and paid Twenty-five ($25) Dollars
per month; The Municipal 1mgistrate shall be allowed and paid Twenty-
five ($25) Dollars per month; The Municipal Attorney shall be allowed
and paid Twenty-five ($25) Dollars per mo~th; The Treasurer shall be,

allowed and paid one per centum on all municipal moneys received by
him, and one per centum on all municipal moneys disbursed by him;
The dhiel of Police shall be allowed and paid One Hundred and Twenty- ,I

be allowed and paid Twenty-five ($25) Dollars per month.

is he~eby instructed and directed to draw warrants on the Treasurer
for the amounts of said salaries monthly.
This ordinance shall go into effect and be in force from and after
th$ date of its passage.
