BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Counoi1 of the Town of Seward:

The Clerk. Munioipal Magistrate, Munioipal Attorney, Treasurer,
Health Offioer. Chief of Polioe, Chief of Fire Department, and

Patrolman of the Town of Seward, Territory of Alaska, shall b.
allowe1. and paid the oompensation and salary respeotively. during
the term of the present Council and until their suooesSOrs are
elected and qualify. as follows, vh;
The Clerk Shall be allowed and paid Fifty dollars ($50.00)
par month; the Munioipal Magistrate ahall be allowed and paid
Twenty-five dollars ('f5.00) per month; the l~ioipal Attorney
shall be allowed and paid One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month
whioh shall be in full for all servioes rendered inoluding the
oost of all typewriting and stenographio work; the Treasurer shall
be allowed and paid Fifty dollars ('50.00) per month; the Health
Offioer shall be allowed and paid Fifty dollars C$50.00) par month;
the Chief of Polioe shall be allowed and paid One hundred fifty
dollars ($150.00) per month; the Chief of the Fire Department shall
be allowed and paid One hundred twenty-five dollars (~125.00) per
month; the Patrolman shall be allowed and paid One hundred twenty-
five dollars ('125.00) per month.

of the Town of Seward, on the last d~ of eaoh month, and the
Clerk is hereby instruoted and direoted to draw warrants aooording~
Upon the Treasurer for the amounts of 8fild salaries monthly.
